Another reference sheet while I work on commissions and other stuff!

Nadra, I think, is 100% my favourite designed character. Just the beauty and elegance that comes with her eye shape, the way she holds her head and just her design in general (though I'll probably say this to the rest of my characters, haha). She has subtle colours mixed with what I would say Sarafina/Nala and maybe a hint of redness in her fur. She plays a big part in my first comic which has one page so far: The Heart Of Our Past, and this will become evidently clear soon enough.

She was the eldest child to her father, Baya, and the only child to her mother, Vizuri. She was born just after Baya's father had died, so naturally, her father ideally wanted a son. Now, Baya and Vizuri actually were very much in love at the time, but the result in his father's death shortly followed by his mother's soon after Nadra was born, caused him to turn pretty mad, and that didn't end well for Nadra and her mother. Soon, Vizuri found that Baya was turning more heartless as the days went by. Although Nadra was a very happy-go-lucky cub, she knew the effects of her grandparents' death had to do something to her father as she had heard tales of his kindness before. But Baya was not kind to Nadra, or any other lioness for that fact. When she was only some time away from becoming a cub (the age of Simba and Nala in TLK), her mother's closest friend and companion, Dhaifu, returned with a cub between her teeth. Although everyone assumed the girl was a rogue's, Vizuri doubted it. She looked too much like Baya. And so the friendship and sisterhood of Nadra and Amali began, and they would forever remain best friends and allies for the rest of their lives. Eventually Vizuri would have another daughter but this will be expanded in the comic

She met Jasiri whilst on a hunt and yeah...

They eventually hit it off and y'know, had three girls because genes are strong

YAY! Have this out. I have been working on this for a while now, haha. In between lessons and such, I'll be checking notifications on DA but I can't draw because we have to work during those free lessons. Anyway, finished it up yesterday so I may as well upload it now! I Nadra, she's just perfect!

My next upload might be of THOOP, depending on how I work this weekend. Oh and thank you for everyone who watched me draw this... three weeks ago -_- I only managed to finish her yesterday
