he always had that hero thing going on, would have been cool if he became a good guy (well he kinda did)

Well, he did but it was through misguided nearsightedness that has serious drawbacks. XD But yeah, other than that he totally was a hero type that just got pulled into the wrong side of things and didn't realize it till it was too late.
