Just another single character picture this time of U.S.S. Operative VECTOR from the not so good Resident Evil: Operation: Raccoon City, the game was pretty meehh but I do like some of the Wolfpack dudes like BELTWAY and VECTOR since they look pretty cool, also I was kinda playing around with bloom to get some new effects and I think the way I used it here looks pretty alright any thoughts?All Characters and Models belong to their Respected Owners
