Description
A multiple Color rupee, each revolution introduced a new rupee valueThe 3D Rupee was made in AutoCAD 2006 and the GIF was put together with PhotoShop ImageReady 2.0 (more then an hour of work)

Your going to have to use a image software that can proses animated gifs, and scale images.
