Utsuho does not manipulate fire. She manipulates radioactive isotopes, therefore giving this girl a 20 second hug is the equivalent of bathing in an olympic swimming pool full of nuclear waste for an hour.

I'm pretty sure the fanfictions will never run out of ideas.
There's actually a rather well written one that's still in progress that I've latched onto called "Flandre's Big Adventure" in which the Scarlet Sister manages to escape the Scarlet Mansion and gets into many misadventures, both comical and dangerous, and even gets a tagalong (later friend) in the form of our favorite Baka.
Or a completed one of the misadventures of the Haukerei Shrine's resident freeloading oni called "Functioning Alcoholic." Many pairings, and eventually an incident, also occur.

I should look into that. Ive been looking for more of the scarlet devil fanfictions. The Functioning Alchaholic sounds like it would mainly involve Suika Ibuki xD

Yup, it's about her alright. It'll take a while though, as that one is a whopping 52 chapters. But, then again, it's done, so you won't have to worry about it getting longer.
BTW, official couples of the story include (most which are established over the course of the story) ReimuxSanae, YuugixParsee, possibly OrinxOkuu (could be more a friendship thing, can't quite tell) and the main one being SuikaxKogasa. Have fun with that.
BTW, are you looking for one's related to the Scarlet Devil Mansion residents as a whole or just the scarlet sisters. Either way, there's another that could recommend called "Colorful Days". I'm only three chapters in, the plot is about Meiling sneaking Flandre out of the Mansion so she can see the world.
