When you make those scales do you just have a subtool of the back and use damien standard and what not to push the subtool under the skin?

Great work i love characters

The scales and stuff were just place holder, but all I did was duplicate the skin subtool and using the clay tubes and Dam Standard brushes I popped the scales out.
