Zbrush? Love the sculpt...wish I could get clean lines like that. Eyelids/lips...so hard to get clean like that. Mine are always uneven/jaggy. Any brush recommendations/tips?

I hear you man. I think when it comes to Z-Brush the only thing that really helps is practice. a whole lot of practice. I tend to use the Claytubes brush with no alpha, and the Dam standard brush.
Orb (Awesome French artist) released a video not too long ago explaining how to create your own brushes. Very useful. [link] I hope that link worked . Good luck man.

Ya I just discovered the Dam Standard brush from a book I bought. Never even new it was there. I'll check out that vid tho.

seems like the hairplanes work just like in max
i agree on the neck/head connection, i guess it would be better to move the head a bit more forward, and move the point where the back of the head goes into the neck more upwards

her features are cute! but I feel like her head sits weirdly on the neck, in the profile view
