How it's made:
Convert the photograph to .png
highlight (select) an area around the mouth and enlarge the mouth by 150% save it
erase the mouth on the original photograph. save it
select teeth (in this case I use mine), whiten them (adjust the brightness) save it.

Now put them all back in order:
your selected enlarged mouth, then put your teeth (just behind it) then add the original llama as the background.

Now use smudge to make your picture better. (remember to smudge in the direction of the hair).
save it

The words were added using www.cooltext.com (the logo part) a great place to get all of your texts and logo's.
