uhhhh.....dude. are you anti-Semitic?

Are you forgetting how much of a psychopath this guy is? Murdering millions and burning people based on race and religion, men, women, and children.
Oh and one thing, Hitler didn't actually create anti-Semitism, he only revived it. Anti-semitisim can be found in Europe as early as the first century according to a christian saint to quotes that jews are the spawns of the devil. towards the late 1800s, anti-semitic laws were getting revoked in Germany and this was considered to be concerning to German nationalists/conservatives who were afraid that their culture was going to destroyed by judaism since jews began applying towards higher status jobs and were very supportive of their communities. Nationalistis like hitler were trying to make it clear to public that their race's purity is at stake and anti-semitism was revived again in Germany around the 1930s. And in practicing this lunatic and nihilistic ideology, he murdered over 6 million innocent human beings. These people were treated WORSE than maggots where they were enslaved. beaten, starved, and worked to the bone. Within the tens of thousands of years of human history, there probably were leaders who were as bad as hitler but hitler was the most memorable out of all of them considering his sickening acts were done less than a hundred years ago were even people in the modern day are scared and suffer from his actions

dude I love the shit out of your other artworks but I cannot sympathize with something so fucked up as nazism. its the highest level of racism. Now this was posted almost a decade ago and i don't know if you support/sympathize with this kinda stuff but I can only pray that you don't. Β I mean the picture is well drawn but based off the comments, it seems to me like you support the ideology here and not the historical context of WWII

Anti Semitic? Nah.

This was drawn in history class when we were discussing about WWII simply due to boredom. I've drawn Mussolini and Tojo as well but I'm not a fascist.

Schools and to some extent, the media in my country (this country which is inhabited by mostly Muslims - up to 90%Β - and we all know Muslim and Jews, in most part and time don't have a smooth relationship with each other) never regarded Hitler as much as a motherfucker he is like the Western world. Personally I had no detailed information of what he did until college (again, this was drawn in high school history class).

This, while I'm not supportive of it now, perhaps might be the cause why we are being ignorant about such crime.Β

All we were taught in High School history classes was Hitler created Nazi party, started up shit in many regions of Europe together with Mussolini and some of his colleagues and died in 1945. And that's about it. History textbooks in my country (that time, at least) barely (or perhaps never) brought out the fact that millions of Jews lost their lives in the Holocaust, maybe because the reason stated above.

In general this country I live in does have a negative sentiment towards Jews but the same can be said with the Israelites and the Palestinians. Or the US with Middle eastern countries.Β

Years later, I read wiki and tvtropes while searching for references for my comic and stumbled upon the pages of the world's worst products: Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, Stalin, you name it. I was lucky enough to understand of what these men did compared to most people in my country, so now I know that if you're looking for a inspirational figure to look up to you stay away from these men.

I completely understand your concern so I replied to brought out a clarification. No, I'm not a an Anti Semitic. or an Islamophobic. Or a homophobic. Not a Neo Nazi, nuh-uh. Not even a member of KKK (I'm not even white), and not a member of any other sick cults or whatever they call it is now.

If I happen to hate someone who happened to be a member of a certain religion is because either he messed with me or he messed my family, and not because he is a Muslim/Jew/Christian/Protestanism/Mormon/etc.

I never hate people for the things they pray to but I hate them for being a dick to me - no more, no less.Β

If you must know sadly there AREΒ some dumbfounded people here, ignorant self-proclaimed Muslims (who were never really there to begin with and somehow makes you wonder why such people existed as long as their ages) that knew Hitler slayed lots of Jews regarded him as a hero. But that's about it. Most people said are too dumb to pull another shit like Hitler, no worries.

Hey man so sorry about what happened in the discord chat btw, it really was not my right to post a concern as personal as that publicly but anyway I'm glad we got over that.

also I think your response here is rather interesting and very relatable.

you know non American (and non-Canadian) countries and that aren't first world don't really understand racism. Like for example if I were to travel to a 2nd world country in Europe like Slovakia, and make a black person steortype, there really wouldn't be anyone to call me racist because the culture there is different, instead, they would perceive it as a harmless imitation of a black person. I guess it's because liberalism isn't much of a popular ideaology among 2nd and 3rd world countries (or homogeneous countries) and I don't blame 'em because finding education accessibility is much more scarce than finding it in a first world country (and meeting people outside your ethnicity)

And as a white Muslim American we are challenged and faced with many diverse politics. And like you said, how people in your country aren't properly educated about Hitler but I could probably say the same about how people in America are so clueless about the Bosnian genocide (and some of the modern day genocides like in Burma). And it's pretty messed up because there are some Serbian nationalists I've who actually see the Bosnian genocide as a rightful war.

hate isn't black and white, it's only black. Hate is hate and it's never acceptable. There are stupid people from any group like how there are Jewish far right conservative zionists who think they are so "civilized white people" and see Palestinians like dogs and Muslims like cockroaches who think they are the master race (how ironic). However there are also Muslims in Saudi Arabia with the same mentality, seeing Jews as these powerful tyrannical satanists. And even with all that i have seen amazing and inspirational Jewish brothers and sisters who stand with their Muslim neighbors to protest and educate others about the war crimes in Israel (in fact, most Jews in America as statistics show happen to be very liberal)

and one of the reasons why Nazis are becoming more and more controversial is because they are rather from being a fictional villain in pop culture or historical figures but into actual modern day terrorism. In 2017, thousands of white supremacists gathered together in Charlottesville in protest of taking down a confederate statue (that was built in the 1960s to promote racism) and they murdered an innocent collage girl with a muscle car.Β In fact, according to SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center), there were around 50 acts of terrorism in the US and EVERY single one of them was committed by a far right wing Nazi lover. There is a scarcely far right ideaology in America where white people think whites created the entire modern world and everyone else is too uncivilized.

I also hate how there is this mindset among some people (white or colored) where they think a hate speech is ok as long as it doesn't attack their group and I find that 100% unacceptable. An attack on blacks is like an attack on my own ethnicity and an attack on Jews is like an attack on my own faith. I mean I have black friends, Jewish friends, Christian friends, and homosexual friends. I certainly don't believe in what they believe but I respect and understand their beliefs and this is a lifestyle that even our prophet Mohammed practiced: tolerance.

and like you said how there are ignorant people just like how there are white Christian evangelical Zionist far right islamaphobic, anti-Mexican, anti-black, anti-feminist, homophobic, conservatives in America (cough cough Trump cough) who are afraid of seeing their values challenged by liberalism and people becoming woke and moderate

but anyway, I'm glad we could resolve the issue and confusion and I'm so glad I found someone who makes badass metal slug fan art

I suppose so, until he started spreading that "Aryan Race" crap, killed his way to the top, and then proceed to exterminate an entire ethnic group, and anyone who he thought was inferior (anyone who wasn't German and/or white. But other than that yeah, he was a Leader, an insane one, but a leader who took on the World, not many folks can say that. And yes he had a vision, one that didn't involve either of us or our people, or it involved them being dead, Nazi's where a hateful bunch... but damn it it was a vision he set in motion and made come true!

Oh I have no doubt about that, he's right up there with Napoleon, Genghis Khan, and the many Leaders who came close to changing the World we now know. I mean hell, why do you think there are so many games with Nazis as the enemy, because in reality, if it were not for a few key factors (ex:Einstein escaping a then Nazi Germany, the weather in Russia, and certain individuals that survived assassinations) we would face a kind of evil empire the likes of which writers for propaganda stories would have wet dreams about.
