yes! it's done!
oi... this piece took me forever... why? BECAUSE I'M FRIGGEN ADD. THAT'S WHY. i mean seriously. i'd work on it for maybe an hour, than go do something else entirely. oi.
but after a week or something ridiculous like that, i finally finished! and i like it!
i know, I KNOW, the chess board is ALL jacked up. believe me, i know. TT_TT no matter how many times i tried, i just couldn't get it to look right for the life of me! i was really experimenting with perspective on this one. so if you see any serious problems, PLEASE, tell me.
ok. nuffa that.
so uh yeah! this is dimentio! probably the single most SCARIEST mario evils of all time! while i LOVE the hilarious villains, like fawful for example, it's nice to have a seriously messed up, sociopathic, sadistic bad guy to work with. it makes wumpy angst scenes SO much easier! XD

aw, thank you! Unfortunately, most of the art on here is about four years old. I adored my Mario days! I pumped out a lot of art! While I still love Mario (Luigi's Mansion 2 all the way!), It's just not something that I do much anymore. Now that I'm studying at SCAD and actually going to art school, I've been focusing on personal work and fan pieces that can really build my portfolio.
Every now and again, I'll get on a little Mario kick (it's a great de-stresser), but it's never anything that I really finish or take very far. School gets in the way, and all personal projects get put on hold.
By no means are my Mario days over. Once a fan, always a fan, I just have no idea when I'll actually produce any finished pieces. XD
Though this account is pretty dead, I do plan on starting up an art blog on tumblr soon. Most of it will be personal, with lots of transformers and fanart thrown in, but i wouldn't be surprised if some Mario art floats along from time to time. When I get the blog up, I'll be sure to give you the url.

It sounds like you must be busy studying at SCAD and going to art school. I wish you luck with that! It sounds very time consuming. I'm guessing you're a Luigi's Mansion 2 fan, huh? I love Luigi. <3
De-stressers are great. It's good to find time for them every now and then to keep art fun.

The first Luigi's Mansion was one of my first introductions into the franchise. When they announced a sequel, I FLIPPED.
Well, given that Luigi's mansion came out in 2001, apparently I've been a fan for twelve years! WEIRD. I had never even realized. Dang. Now I feel old. 0.o
Quite honestly, Mario was my first art fandom. So much Mario fanart! So, when I get that Tumblr set up -- which should be quite soon actually -- I'll be sure to let you know!
And thank you for the well wishes! SCAD is certainly stressful, but in a beautiful sort of way.

As for Mario Kart, my first introduction for that on DS. I played the hell out of that game!
Seriously! Times were easy back then! You could miss school and nobody cared. People always told me that in college, no one cared if you didn't show up. WRONG. ALL OF THEM. I miss class, it is not good.
As for fav Mario characters, you can sorta tell by my gallery. I have a top three: Luigi, Kamek, and Fawful, with Dimentio being right up there as well. I could narrow it down further, to Kamek and Luigi, but past that it would be impossible. XD how about you?
I absolutely ADORE SCAD. I get no sleep, and hardly eat, but it's good. Its amazing down here. Though I stress over due dates, now that i'm finally in a sequential art class, I get so wicked excited over our assignments. It's like, "psh. you call this homework?" it's a ton of work mind you! but it's not grueling or horrible.

Oh my, I love this! 0_0 It's very hard to find someone who draws Dimentio unique and not solely by the Paper Mario style--most stick to it. But I love it when people do this...I think you made him look hot. X3

This is amazing! I love Dimentio to pieces (even if he's a crazed, omnicidal maniac) and I think you captured him perfectly here~ He's essentially the Chess master of that entire game and does it so well that no one even noticed until the endgame.
