It refers to the figures being in a bag you can't see inside of. So you have no idea what pony is inside until you open it.

Blind bag ponies are tiny pony figurines inside small bags. The bag has no clear plastic so you can't see which pony it is, hence "blind bag".

Me and My friend always ship her and Minty for some odd reason... Lol We have this little game (( we have no life)) where minty has ice powers and firecracker is fire. LOL IRONY
