And here's my try at Princess Luna's new look. As always, if you'd like me to upload a larger version, let me know in the comments or by note.
The shoes may need some tweaking and I'm not fully satisfied with the hair. The hair outline seems more solid compared to when she was Nightmare Moon. But I'm not entirely sure what sort of changes I might/should make. I'll upload a normal colored version once Kefka releases the new Luna's color guide. =3
UPDATE: Made the hair a little more transparent.

Indeed, A Goddess of the Night. With a dark chariot, a cloak made of bats, & an army of bat-winged Pegasui...Truly she is best pony, lol. I also imagine she has her own Gothic style castle somewhere up in the clouds.
I also find it funny while she's in this pose she's all like "TWAS THOUGH THAT TOOK AWAY OUR DARK POWERS!!!" Ahh..Luna Hun..dunno about you, but you still seem pretty damn powerful to me, manipulating the wind & the clouds, making lightning & thunder...shapeshifting into your NMM form to scar the kiddies at the end of the ep (which some how got them to love u...man equestrians are weird, lol.)...yeah I think your powers are pretty much back now, lol.
