You might call it Cicero V3. xDThis time I did a size comparison between "my" Cicero and Farkas. Damn, he's a twig! But I like it that way.

lol, i killed him at sight... then my gf yell at me and i restart the mission. When i encountered him again, i let him to follow me.
But he is more annoying than Sticky from Fallout3, so i kill him again.

You said Cicero looked like a certain actor. I looked at the sketch after reading that and thought Willem DaFoe.
I think taking the lips off was the right choice. I noticed his eyes are pretty heavily shadows. Jester make up or lack of sleep?

Lack of sleep, having gone through a lot and simply because I like those heavily shadowed eyes on most of my favorite disney characters (i.e. villains).
