Here is a current work in progress image of Hexiron’s new 30 km wide planetary superweapon. What you are seeing here are just its uppermost petals that are still closed. Before it fires, it opens gradually, revealing a strikingly new interior. A layer of natural landscape can form over its petals to conceal its position from space.
