This looks like a final adventure of the series, especially Shantae and Risky. Shatner looks like she' an official guardian and probably has been appointed by the saltanna herself. And Risky looks like she finally has become queen of the seas.

The vest honestly fits her better than the other two outfits did in this series, if you ask me. It fit her personality of being an energetic and upbeat girl with a spirit for adventure.

They look good. I don't think Shantae needs the vest though. It pops out a little too much compared to her overall red and gold attire. It almost looks like her shoulders are disconnecting from her body.I'm just happy that it was removed in Half Genie Hero because it looks... kind of unnecessary. I do love how all of the characters have this updated look to them and yet Twisted-Wind also paid a little homage to the first game by having some characters, specifically Bolo, Sky, and Mimic, all have their poses from the first game's manual. Impressive job!
