I've expressed this before to a few people here on DA, but I've always loved the original series Gwen being a sorceress and knowing magic overwhelmingly more than that stupid, "pink walls" alien version in Alien Force. Their world having magic also made everything feel more balanced in contrast to all the extraterrestrial stuff. Like, even though there were aliens, they weren't the only amazing things that existed. It's just one of many reasons why I cut the series off at the original. Everything else after that is just...alternate universe stuff to me.
