The fist thing to rememeber in designing a battlemech is the mobility, and make sure that they can operate in all kind of terrain. This quadrupedal, primate-like stace is one of the most suitable one for me

It's shape is an excellent design for disarming landmines and IED's, as the thin profile of its limbs and body slice through the explosive shock wave.
