I love the blend of colors used and the metallic frame of the tower that kind of grounds the picture, making it real and not that much fantasy.

Exactly. After all these years, seems I start at last to understand how deviantART works. Better late than never ! ^_^ (a little birdie told me the right key words and the subject can help to increase the number of views too, I'll see if it's true when the "wow factor" will fade in a few days...) Looking at this picture for the n-tenth time, that moon is starting to look more and more like a dying sun o.O... something between a bright moon and the dark side of the sun >.>

I could not have said it better ! In fact, the main pic I've used from Resurgere's stock is an improved version of the Earth but after many adjustments and color changes, it started to look like something between an incandescent moon or a dying sun indeed. PS : with such an accurated perception, think I'm gonna ask you to write the introduction text of my next creation Adriana

Thanks ! Wasn't convinced about the use of this iron lady shot and that particular frame but as I was building my image, started to think it could really work well. Now given the huge feedback I received since yesterday (yes, 10 faves and a couple of requests to feature my creation are pretty huge for me), seems it's definitely the case
