Heres my final version of the character of Baba Yaga herself. I wanted the image to feel like it was really hot and scorching by making it look like it was high noon.anyways. hope you guy like. more to come!

the other characters are the main characters. the one thats based on african culture is the main character and the other one taht based more on asian design was a rejected design tha ti decided to now turn into the a supporting character. and yes, baba yaga is the main villain.

Amazing design! I really like her face. Baba Yaga should be an old, ugly witch and she does look like one in your version.
The only strange thing is that she flies on a platform on your drawing, but it should be a pestile.

I like this one the best, it looks the most babayaga-ish to me. the only thing is that it doesn't look hot in the image, it looks like florescent lighting indoors and not like sunlight. maybe it's just cus she not in an environment... very nice design though
