Description Environment concept sketch

another environment concept for my Baba Yaga project. The idea was to have a land where giants creatures roamed. I imagined a wide open plain with lots of space but then these immense creatures were hidden by this thick mist. Im pretty happy with the way this one turned out.

hope ya like.

cheers

OMG, my classmate is going to be gravely scared. Snails are her bane...

But this landscape is awesome. I love wide plains, and I like how you place the random patches of grass. My personal favorite is the patch in the foreground--the flowers and the feel that the grass is swayed by the wind. Also, the idea of giant snails is quite innovative--I have a thing for open landscapes full of giant beasts roaming slowly on its terrain, but few have ever thought of how interesting it would be if these giant beasts were titanic gastropods.

Also it seems there are a lot of plants growing on the snails' shells. Very nice job!

I was browsing real quick, I actually came back to this one, it really catched my eyes on the way...

The bottom part is not that interesting sadly, I think it could be replace by almost anything and it would work with the stunning background, but the idea is still incredibly captivating, the floating feel of the whole thing really bring us in.

Magic !

Out of all your concepts in this series, this one has to be my absolute favorite. I can simply imagine their slow, gentle bellows (even though snails don't make noises, lol) sort of like Jurassic Park.

A giant snail...at least if I see one of those, at least the chances of running away from it and not being in its path are higher. Thank got they are slow . Yet again, their size would paralyze me in astonishment O_O

Anyways, good concept! I love it! Keep it up!

lol. I can picture that. Running away from giant snails lmao.. it would be fun I think, but scary at the same time, because of their size. Imagine getting caught in their slime. *covers face* that would be so baad! ah man!

well, peace my friend.

Reminds me of one of my own imaginary lands that's similar to this one, but giant aerial jellyfish rather than snails.
