Worked hard on the water, wanted a good effect.hope you like it
I tried to work with another perspective, by making her arm a little bigger than the arm behind her...
think it worked out?

The fact that you gave consideration into producing an effect of focus/perspective by having the arm closest to the view bigger than the arm farther is something great of you. The water itself looks good, but with more practice, it would look fantastic.

the perspective is okay. maybe if you made both of the arms a little smaller or shorter it would look even better. But then again what do i know about perspective. lol

I'm still in love in your Coloring 
but there's some details you missed !
if the one arm is biger becouse of the Perspective than other parts must folow the rules of the perspective
1) foot must be smaller cuz its most far
2) we cannot see the second leg ( its not right even in perspective
3) fish.... its like uot of perspective

I'll be frank about her arm.... It didn't worked out but points for trying something new~ 
I think it's not practical anyway unless one of her arms are near to the viewer (something like arms reaching out.)
Although cheers for her pose and her colors, plus the flowing H20~
