I didn't like the flip-up mask or how it essentially eliminated articulation of the head, so I painted Nucleon's details to bring out his inner Galvatron.Related content

Mostly using a needle tool to draw a bead of paint along the raised surfaces I wanted to paint. Due to a long history of customizing Transformers, I have almost a dozen shades of purple paint available (I did finally find an acceptable "Decepticon Purple"), and the needle tool is basically a sewing needle in a handle made from epoxy putty. Useful for painting raised details.
