The issue I have is that they do not go through the middle of the deviation. Althought I have them titled and signatire at the bottom, I am not comfortable with nothing being in the main part of the image. I have found 4 other pieces of my work scammed this week...so I am just taking precautionary measures to make sure I do not keep finding it on the net. Sorry about that.

Time to start talking licensing and royalties agreements with those who are using your artworks for profit. Hunt them down, rather than just getting them kicked off of a site (like eBay or that other "art" site) After all, that's what copyright is all about. If they're going to use your artworks anyway, might as well come to an agreement where you can benefit monitarily from it.
Fair use, such as someone using works as desktop wallpapers (without selling them), is still legal.

You know...you just might have something there. I wonder how much it would cost to pay an attorney for something like that??? But still..I am very nervous about posting anymore. The blog button works even though it is grayed out. So, it makes me wonder how much of our art is really out there.

If something is put up once, it is pretty much on the web, somewhere, until the whole web crashes by a gigantic World-wide EMP that is strong enough to erase every hard drive on the planet (or even in satellites).
