Thank you ...it might be weird but I like birds to have a crest or to be tufted.
To me it feels more natural................and make them more glamorous.XD

All I could think of is a mohawk..........but then again I am a bit bald,many new born babies have more hair then I do.XD

Lol. Well, I wouldn't want a mohawk, but, some creature with something natural.
Btw, if this is from a Hornbill, isn't the crest truly like horn, and not feather or plumage?

You are right about it being a hornbill.
But it is not horn but the same stuff as its beak.
