almost looks like microraptor! Β ...except the head.

indeed, only the head looks more lizard-like than dinosaur-like Β

It is the head of a lizard with some minor adjustments.
But I did find the head of the "original" also very lizard like .

in the old reconstructions it really looked quite lizard like, but now these creatures are being depicted much more bird-like
