Looks a monsterΒ that would have appeared inΒ a cheap cave man movie from the 50s.

I think the master in these monsters was Ray Harryhouse or something like that.

Oh yes he wasΒ master of stop motion animation for dinos and monsters.I was actually thinking of an old caveΒ man movie where all the creatures were just supersized versions of things such as a baby alligatorΒ with a Dimetrodon like sail glued to his back and an armadillo with devil horns,or in other cases a barnyard pig with a Triceratops mask and tail.

Certainly the SCARIEST of your merges. You've got an AMAZING gallery; I haven't seen any artist come even close to how convincingly you merge not only the images but the ideas.

Thank you for your kind words and your visit on my gallery......or lets just call it my hybrid zoo
And I don't call myself an artist,the real artists are the ones who did take the picture.
I just bringing them together,in my own unusual way.
And the ideas....don't know always had them even on the weirdest moments.XD
A lot of them are based on there names or are predator and prey themed and the rest ......lets just call that a broad imagination.

Well, I'm still gonna call you an artist even if you don't; so there!
Sure, anyone competent can mash two pictures together, but you do so much more than that; you don't just stick the front half of a fish on the back half of a kangaroo (or whatever); you merge color and texture and detail into an amazingly believable result, showing us in one still picture how such a creature could move and survive in its new environment.
You, m'dear, are an artist. Live with it.

Hahaha.....okay.....okay......I think I can live with that.
And to tell you the truth ,I started manipulating just because I saw these pictures you are referring to.
I never liked them because the looked like things that where cut out and glued together.
I never could understand why people who have a wonderful tool in there hands did not use properly.
You can do so much more with photoshop then just cut and paste .
Although I us Corel paint shop pro and not Adobe photoshop,I managed to create my own Hybrid zoo.
And I also think that my love for animals helps me a great deal.

And I know them really well.....In my younger days I used to work in a zoo (doesn't exist any-more )
And we,as a family always had and still have animals around us.
The list would be pretty long if I have to name all the animals we did take care of.XD

Cool! Yeah, that'd leave you with a real sense of how they act and move and all, which shows in your hybrids.

I actually made a rhino-like croc last year.......Not exactly like what I made but still scary to see in the flesh
