Nice work! I especially like the area around the mouth. The soft detail of the teeth and lips and the hairs on his moustache are very nice. The blurriness on the top of the picture is a bit strange. You may want to reupload to get rid of that. Great attention to detail and defining the shadows and highlights.
Portraits can be tough but so far I think you've done pretty damn well! Just keep practicing!

perhaps i am saying this because it's nearly 9 PM,
i totally forgot that it's mother's day tomorrow,
and am working on watercolor of flowers.
the mother will love it, assuming i finish in time.
