Human name: Uélèn Chéoigin (Meaning: Son of The Wolf, Gently)

Birthday: ????????????? (He was born sometime AD tough)
Height: 5'8" ish? (roughly 1.70m)

Appearance:
He's pretty short for a man, but he doesn't really care, because the countries he hangs out with the most aren't that tall either. His clothes always have some embroidery on it, but he has actually a sence of fashion! Also he is a celtic nation so YES HE HAS THE THICK EYEBROWS OF DOOM, but his are not shaped like England's. He has freckles and dark green eyes. His hair is brownish red, is a tad wild and he keeps it in a ponytail.

Personality and interests:
Due to long isolation he doesn't know a lot of nations well. He's not shy, but he's not really interested in other people. His temper is on the short side, but with Italy's influences he's pretty relaxed. He's independant and really, just really, doesn't care about what others think of him. He is open for others and will respect you. He still believes in the acient Celtic spirits and their way of living. He dislikes fighting.

Unlike most Celts he actually knows how to cook. He learnt that from Italy (His sence of fashion also comes from him). He likes to do emroidery, but not the boring shizz England does. He makes money with it.

Relationships:

Other Celtic nations (Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Wales, Isle of Man and Brittany): Not close at all, barely knows them.

Italy: He sees Italy as his little brother and a very good friend. When he doesn't want to make a decision about something himself he will just do whatever Italy is doing.

Germany: He sees Germany as a strange man. He gets pretty irritated by him, but he says nothing to Germany of it, because Italy likes Germany so much.

Romano: Good for a shouting match with his more Celtic nature.

Japan: He actually quite likes him and goes to drink tea with him.
