Arthur is Merlin's companion in the Merlin who? series.He's one of the human form dalek puppets (Asylum Of The Daleks), but unlike the others he's completly in control of his Dalek side. He does dislike/hate magic, but not Time Lords. He never got any reasons to hate them. (some can do magic, but not all, like humans). That's why instead of telling his dad that Merlin is a Time Lord, he helps him with fighting aliens~
