Happened yesterday.We were in a restaurant and the sirenes went of (THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING), but the lokal people didn't panic so we tought it was a practise. A few minits later ther comes a group of soldiers by. 5 minits later an other groups comes by and then 2 soldiers walk on the square (drawing) they looked like they were the opservers or something. And later again one group of soldiers comes back with bread and stuff.
