I'm fairly new to the fallout universe, but I've been super excited ever since the announcement. Been playing Fallout 3 and NV while waiting for the new one. Felt like I had to make a Fallout picture to contain my hype for this game.
I was inspired a bit by old pinup pictures where everyone looks really happy. I also decided to capture Fallout 4's new colour palette.

Yeah, I think they said that there is a DLC called the mod creation kit, but I don't know if it's for consoles or PCs.

Its for PC. Consoles will get mods a bit later, early next year I think.
