7/15/10: UPDATEI have subjected Cpt. Falcon's Super Smash Bros. Brawl to minor revisions.
The latest entry in my album crossover series. The honorees this time are Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles (the second time I have employed this cover) and the Super Smash Bros. series, primarily Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Earlier today, Nick Soapdish left a comment on my one-thousand-views piece which implied that Captain Falcon was the mythical "Fifth Beatle." Inspired, I began work on this shortly thereafter and subsequently spent the entire day completing and perfecting it. It was a day well-spent; this is easily my finest work and I am finally doing justice to this phenomenal record (my first submission related to Sgt. Pepper's pales in comparison to this). Regardless, the audience's response is my primary concern: I sincerely hope that you all will be able to garner a significant amount of laughter from this and enjoy it with the same amount of relish as I.
The Super Smash Bros. Series is the creation of Nintendo; any names, characters, places, or items associated with the series fall under the jurisdiction of that company or, in many cases, its subsidiaries or third parties. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the work of the Beatles; as such, it belongs to the members of that group as well as their record label, Apple Corps. The idea of juxtaposing the two is my sole invention.
