Power weapon, Void Linear Fusion Rifle

Lore: One day, a Titan named Chad was playing with a laser pointer when he was struck with an idea, a wonderful awful idea. He rushed off to Banshee-44 to make his idea a reality, and the Gunsmith, who was never one to back down from a challenge, accepted it. A hybrid of two Omolon Fusion Rifle power cells, a Suros Rocket Launcher frame, 2 Crux/Lomar grips pulled from a copy of the Truth Rocket Launcher, a Nadir sight from the Nemesis Star, and quite the spiffy paint job. It was a heap of scrap cobbled together by spit, faith, and a little bit of duck-tape. The two men stared at there creation, it was a thing of beauty."

Intrinsic Perk: Keep The Power Flowin': This weapon does not use normal ammo, but instead has a recharging battery. Recharges 2% per second and use 25% per shot, with a 3 second charge time before each shot.

Charge Rate Mods: Accelerated Coils: Faster charge time(From 3 to 2 seconds) but slower recharge time(From 2% to 1%).
High-Grade Spark-Pugs: Faster recharge time(From 2% to 3%) but slower charge time(From 3 to 4 seconds)
Standard Set: Doesn't change the stats, allowing for a more standardized use.

Stock: Crux Crutch Stock: Stock designed for amazing grip in extreme situations. Greatly increases Handling Speed.

Barrel: Laser Precision Barrel: Barrel designed for accuracy at extreme ranges, though it is very heavy. Slightly increases Range and Accuracy. Greatly decreases Handling Speed.

Trait Perk: Oblivion Protocol: Pressing the left and right analog sticks together will activate 1 of 2 modes that you can change with the right stick at will. While Overcharge or Overclock are active, your Charge Rate Mods will not work. Press both sticks again to turn this perk off.

1st Swappable Perk: Overcharge: Deal 175% more damage, but you charge much slower(7 seconds) and use 50% charge per shot
2nd Swappable Perk: Overclock: Deal 75% less damage, but you charge much faster(0.5 seconds) and only use 10% charge.

Appearance: Again, it is a fusion of two Omolon power cells, a Suros body, 2 Crux/Lomar grips, a Nadir sight, (and a paint job of your choice.), styled after the Spartan Laser. How the hell you can make that sort of beast, I have no idea.
