I completely forgot about this contest I said I was going to enter for and I fell so bad

I didn't read the prompt at first so I haed to scrap my intial idea and go wtih this one

in Lillian's bio it says shes the Queen of Hearts reaper so I wanted to make a costume like that, But since I have trouble with costumes I decided to base it off an existing Queen of Hearts and my favorite has to be Vivaldi from Alice in "The Country of Hearts".

So I looked at her dress and integrated a bit of it into the design for Lillian. I kept the same colors at her outfit in this picture: shocky-shiver.deviantart.com/a…

I also was trying a new type of shading on the hair, I might stick with it but I don't know
