You need to take a break sometimes. Even if it is for 15 minutes. Lock yourself in your room and listen to a music genre, you never listen to and try to sind and dance with it. It wil be embarrassing, but you will loosen up a great deal.

Do it. It also makes a great way for you to reconnect with your friends. Find out what touches them, what makes them happy. Maybe you will find a new thing you can do together. I never knew, that I liked watching make up videos, untill my sibling showed them to me and I was like "god damn, that guy is hot."
