Fuuka Ayase from Yotsuba. I'd argue that Kiyohiko Azuma is the greatest mangaka that ever lived. Not only are the stories heart warming and cute, but the amount his artwork has improved between Azumanga Daioh and Yotsuba is absolutely astounding. If I could achieve even somewhere in the ballpark of his talent, I'd be happy.
