Impressive work! And a curious concept.
The color scheme and background really resemble the work of Gustav Klimt.
I allow myself the courage to write my own interpretation, most likely different from the original idea. But who knows...
So, She is a robot, and therefore, contrary to the puppet appearance, she can actually be alive in the philosophical sense of the word. Following the topic of cybernetics, here I see it brought to the absolute. For me, this image is a demonstration of one of the facets of transhumanism. And in such a context, it can be imagined not just as a work of art, but as a demonstration of a potential scene with a living character.
In this version, we see a woman in front of us, who, following the ideas of Augmentation, has progressively ceased to be an organic being and, in some way transforming her mind, has become a robot. Her desire to distance herself from human existence is visible in all her guise.
Having preferred digital identity, she deliberately abandoned any face, leaving a smooth surface with a strip of the visor-display in its place. She rejected human methods of communication and, preferring digital dialogue, did not equip her body with a mouth. However, probably, she can somehow generate sounds. She equipped her body with wings as a symbol and, possibly, a challenge to the people around her, which reflects her attitude to the synthetic form of life as the highest form of existence. She can fly, but with the help of anti-gravity technology, and not these wings, which is demonstrated in this scene. Her body is an abstract puppet woman with classic antique forms (or close to it), but with emphasized artificiality. I am inclined to believe that she does not wear clothes and tapes covering her nipples (and crotch, most likely) - a tribute to human laws that protect organic people who are unable to fully control their bodies. She might not have body parts at all, which cause a similar reaction among organic people, but she hates to distort the image she conceived for such a stupid reason.
I think that the fabric and the barbed wire on her body are nothing more than part of a certain image that she took, posing for a record or something like that. Something that she does not plan to wear for a long time.

She's an AI that is so close to perfection that she became Holy / a Higher form of existence (hence the wings and the aureola/halo) and she is now venerated by humanity.
She's so perfect that in a way she is alive.

I’m not sure how this fits with your ideas, but I prefer interpretations in a more materialistic way than in a religious one.
In my interpretation, I preferred the option with a natural digitized mind (NDM or NDI) than AI, but this is a combination of the chosen topic and personal preference
In general, I have nothing against the option with AI
In this interpretation, anyone in her world can get a similar body using the same technology. Most likely, she is one of the pioneers and obvious enthusiasts of this direction, but no more.
I saw aureola/halo as a hologram. 
So, no holiness or martyrdom. Regarding worship... not sure 
And I think that in her world she is not the only one of her kind, and even more - she wants others to follow her path. Not necessarily, in such a radical way, but I think she will advocate augmentation and digitization of consciousness with using synthetic bodies.
