HELLO, THIS WAS MY WEEKEND.
I've been wanting to design each assassin’s mask for a while now, inspired by a mix of the wearable sculptures of Rein Vollenga and planetary symbols.
The symbols were actually the hardest part of the whole process and took me several months to solidify SOB. When I finally figured all of them out, I kinda went crazy with these bust shots.
In order:
Sun - Kajur, Mercury - Kye, Venus - Hiu, Moon - Chandra, Mars - Kou, Jupiter - Marduk, Saturn - Shani, Uranus - Yozu, Neptune - Sei’zin, Pluto - Yama.
Kajur doesn't have a mask since she’s the head of the Solaris organization and doesn't do assassinations. The rest are all in order of her favoritism.

i know it may sound odd, but ever consider adding a Ceres to the list? :0 it's the biggest asteroid and is a dwarf planet like pluto (and has it's own symbol)

Oh woooow~! I love how you translated the planetary symbols here. And the unique constructions of the masks are fun to spot the differences in each one. (I think the Mercury design is my personal favorite though. It just looks complicated in both design aspects and it's very naaaice and I love the little cord on the back. Not saying they're not all nice ;D I would be happy owning any one of these but if I had to pick just one it would totally be Mercury

I love the character designs. I get so excited and inspired seeing what you come up with.
Designing the masks and symbols must have been the hardest part.
I think the Venus symbol suits Hiu. I remember you said Hiu is a sex assassin or a seductress and Venus is the Goddess known for her seduction.
My favorite is Kajur. She looks fabulous!

Kye and Yama's masks are definitely my favorites, but then I'm also in love with Yama's hair for some reason, especially since it looks a bit more unruly here. Moar assassin shtuffs in the future, I'd be totally okay with, just sayin'.

What a bad luck to be uranus... I mean it is kind of the worst planet to be named after.
Cant decide between Saturn or Jupiter... hmm those are the best (IMO)

Nothing is wrong with venus, but another artist would have drawn her like a typical 90-60-90 covergirl. Thats why I say I got plot twisted
