Fake bidding will be blacklisted (this includes backing out and ghosting) will be tolerant if your reasoning is reasonable but will be hesitant when you purchase stuff from me from that point
Will send files through th, stash or email
I am ok if you are drawing over my art aslong as if your adding it to a cs if not then dont do that.
