Sammy's ink form appears as a black, slightly muscular human figure wearing a smudged Bendy mask with a hole punched into the mouth, presumably to help him speak without his voice being muffled. He has no visible hair, most likely due to the ink.

Unlike his counterpart in the Bendy and the Ink Machine, Boris and the Dark Survival and Bendy and the Dark Revival, he's not so insane or psychotic, as well as his position of "worshipping" The Ink Demon as his "savior" and offering sacrifices in Satanic rituals.

Alike his counterpart in the Bendy and the Ink Machine, Boris and the Dark Survival and Bendy and the Dark Revival, he suffers from memory loss. But it is not severe enough for him to completely forget what he says mid-sentence or mid-conversation. He interacts with other characters just fine, but he is terrible with names, but the more he spends time with people, the more he'll remember them.

The only characters and their names Sammy can remember is Bendy, Boris, Alice and Foxy.

Sammy remember's Foxy name because Foxy has a bit of a rough side and is in dismay to Bendy and Boris, because they keep calling Foxy Boris, and Foxy getting annoyed over the fact that he and Boris are related, which they are NOT. Sammy eventually befriends Foxy, they get along well, and they both find and excecute ways to knock some sense into Bendy and Boris, or just to make their lives on the rocks, like pranking them or "something worse".

In his (unofficial) "place" in the ZAMination universe, he has to share Joey Drew studios with Bendy, Boris and Alice Angel. He is mildly annoyed with Bendy and Boris, as they cause noise to Sammy, and he can't stand "unallowed" noise.

But he shows a soft spot for Alice, because he is infatuated with her and she is his love interest, describing her as as a "charming woman" and considers her voice as "heavenly" and "beautiful". Sammy attempts to express his feelings to Alice a few times, yet Alice would either appreciate, turn down, or accept his feelings, depending on a situation (Like theMeatly and Alice being together romantically)

Impressively for most people, Sammy is tall, (as he is the same height as Boris) so that will leave people shorter than him stuttering in his towering shadow, while Sammy gives them the stare.

Sammy always has "great difficulty" to put on and take off his overalls, so he prefers to leave them on.

Sammy wears the withered Bendy mask because when asked, he says it helps resemble the "most perfect form".

Sammy's favorite food is bacon soup, but at times he appears to enjoy chocolate cake.

Sammy's favorite instrument is the banjo, just like his Bendy-game counterpart.

Sammy's favorite song is "Willow Weep for Me" by Ann Ronell
