Finished this earlier today. Still dunno why I did this.There's a few other shimeji I'm considering making, but not quite as quickly. (If you want to know what I'm considering or suggest one, please go ahead). This was really to see if I could manage it. And to attempt to use GIMP. As I said, I'd never used GIMP (or any program like that) before this.
IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS, CAN YOU PLEASE COMMENT AND SAY SO...? I-IT WOULD REALLY MAKE ME HAPPY...! ( I totally don't expect anyone to do so though.)

Okay, I think I know what's wrong, because this is common with Shimeji files after uploading...
Go into the conf folder. Idealy there should be two files in it with kanji names, but if there aren't then that's the problem.
If there aren't kanji-titled folders, you need to change the names. One folder should be 43kb or just about. Rename it 動作 . The other folder is 10kb or so. Make that one 行動 .
And I guess make sure you're clicking the java Shimeji button when trying to start it... Idk if you've ever used Shimeji, so yeah...

what is a Shimeji, if I may ask?

They're little animated buddies that walk around your computer screen. They do things like sit, walk, crawl up the sides of the screen and on windows, and they replicate themselves at random times. (They do other small things like sit and eat/drink something and transform/change into another outfit for a moment.)
They're fun to watch~ And most are really cute~ I'm considering making ones for Yubel and pastlife!Judai, but that'd probably be a while.

XD Well I definately wanna do Yubel. These are a little time-consuming, since they need forty-six images, but maybe I'll make some of the others one day. I'd totally make you one of an EP character as a gift (or an art trade would be AWESOME)
I've got one for a friend I'm making, and then another I'm making for an art trade, so I may do Yubel after them... I wanted to work on those sooner, but I've been busy with work and sewing a cosplay outfit. DX

Well it's not really the programming, basically I'm just completely replacing the images, so if it's something that can match the action, then it works.
But yeah, if ya ever think of somethign specific, jsut drop a note~

Well, I meant something like being able to set up two changing-outfits sequences where one would pull up one outift and another the second, but that would take changing loops and other programming stuff. XDDDD But i think I managed to find a decent in-between for getting both of the costumes in there I wanted.

Actually, I may be able to do that? I'll see, because there's actually doubles of the changing images in the set, but I'm not sure if it changes if I use different ones. (I will test that out when I can!)

Well, I found a way to fix the double-costumes (if I add the costumes to the eating/drinking animation, like I mentioned in the Note.
As for the other double, I was thinking a second eating/drinking sequence--in one of them, I totally want to have OOC!L'ark eating ice cream in his blue Snuggie TM (LOL), but I'd also like one of him injecting his syringes into the top of his mouth (hmm... description in the Addiction image, I believe, which I linked you to in the Note), which would fit the eating/drinking animation quite well.
