I put this picture up saying I drew it. But, I didn't. I was waiting for someone to figure out I didn't. Then, I was going to scrap it. Congratulations to for figuring it out! I just made it a sketch with Paint.Net(c) Tails= Sega

You simply stoll a SA tails pic and removed the shades on Paint.net. I know cos I use it myself.
