Alright...im finally finished

For those of you who have followed my wip's on this crazy grafyte ride...i thank you...(check out my scraps)

For those of you who are seeing this for the first time...this has been an adventure 3 weeks/15 hours in the making...

But first, for a little back story...

This just so happens to be my good friend Alana Sullivan (shyt i hope thats how you spell her last name...haha)...we first met over in lake powell with my artist-in-crime Steven and his cousin Maggie...(hence the lettering on her hat...the origional said "Guiness Colorado" or something like that)...So the first time i meet up with Maggie and Alana happened to be in this crazy cool resturaunt where we ate some kick ass breakfest...haha...anyway...apparently only the sweetest kids alive get to have nik-names so Steven was dubbed "Old Spice" and I, "Dylweed" (courtasy of Maggie's dad)...check out the signature in the lower left...I apologize for the dark tones on the hat (it looks like it comes off "reddish"...that entire section was done with a 5B pencil, therefore it reflects a shitload of light)

Anyway...this was really more of an experiment for me to see if i could still scribble around with pencils like i used to...

Thanks to golfiscool for the tips on the hat/lettering...your an inspiration man...

having said that...how'd i do??

Blending stump, Kleenex, Kneaded Eraser
11x14 cold press
