A few days before drawing this. I took a trip to see a psychiatrist in a city an hour away (It was for my Autism Diagnosis.)

Before leaving town, we stopped at Tim Hortons and I got a Vanilla Chill, which is basically a milkshake with whipped cream.

I basically did what Penny did here. I drank some of the milkshake, I got brain freeze, I let it pass, I drank some more, I got brain freeze again. I got brain freeze about 3 times and I don't regret a thing.

I thought it was kind of funny, so naturally, I wanted to draw it happening to Penny.
