AN easy way to fix it is to break what the arrow is on, and work it down to the ground. Then break a the ground piece, let the arrow fall into the slot, and pop the ground piece back on top of the arrow. It's like it was never there....

I've been neglecting minecraft myself. I haven't played in so long...
