I think Cell would blow himself up out of frustration with how imperfect Bizzaro is

Is Bizarro intelligent enough to figure out how to kill Cell for good? I've seen one argument saying he isn't and he'd just keep beating on him till Cell becomes too strong.

Hmmm. Bizarro is pretty much Superman's equal in stats and abilities, with exception to the fire breath and freeze vision. So he does have the means to put Cell down. His warped mentality usually means he doesn't hold back. However, his lack of intelligence could delay him from fighting Cell effectively.

So the only question is if an inconsistent power gain from getting beat up would let him close the gap fast enough, so it could go either way seeing as we never even saw Goku get stronger after losing until it was introduced and after the Namek arc it's never brought up except for when Cell self destructed.

Like the dude said he's basically Superman's equal. Intelligence doesn't really matter if Cell's opponent is leagues above him in the stat Trinity. And high end scaling and feats.
