From what I've read, not only does Hal Jordan still have his Green Lantern powers, but he can control time-space to his will, manipulate reality at a large scale, and is strong enough to knock out Superman with 1 punch. If what I've read is true, he was never beaten by physical force and only loses due to a change of mental state, likely the result of his conscience coming up.
