Description
As Beau was floating aimlessly through space, there was another ship doing just the same. This ship was an actual spacefaring vessel, with a sleek design and a violet and silver color scheme. Within this ship were two individuals having an argument. Well, one was blaming while the other was defending themself.

“This time, you’ve really gone and done it, Io. Our coordinates are going haywire, our thruster is over heated, and we have no idea where we are!” Huffed a commanding female voice.

“Captain, how was I to know a wormhole was present? They’re undetectable on our radar.” Replied a calm, robotic voice.

“Oh spare me the excuses. I’m gonna have to do what I usually do and fix everything.”

These individuals were Nihla and Io, two familiar characters who had previously roamed the region of Aevera to search for test subjects. Nihla was a green alien with dog like ears, a pointed snout, an hourglass build, and a thick, stubby tail. She had taken on a softer form after entering the wormhole, but still looked the same. This was a similar effect that another individual experienced who had recently become a Red Baron back on Beau’s home planet. Except she was sent there by a goddess.

As you could probably tell, Nihla and Io were in trouble. Nihla was already difficult to work with, as she was incredibly pompous, self aggrandizing, short tempered, and vapidly subservient to her Queen. With the current situation, it was impossible for Io to get her under control.

“Um, Captain?” He said as he watched her tear open the control panel to begin working on it. “Wouldn’t it be best to put our heads together and think of a way to get back?”

“Absolutely not. You’re lucky I don’t toss you down the trash shoot. It’d be a more suitable place to put your head. Now, come here and help splice these frayed wires.”

Io’s digital eyes scowled. If he had hands, they’d be clinched into fists. He had never felt so disrespected by his boss before.

“No.” He said defiantly.

“Pardon?” She replied, now looking at him.

“You heard me.” He doubled down.

“You dare defy Nihla the Conqueror?”

“I’ve yet to see you conquer anything.”

Nihla was livid.

“How ‘bout I conquer you, you tin can!”

Upon saying this, she rushed toward the hovering robot and swung at him, but he dodged her with ease. She persisted though, diving and swinging at him ferociously. As she did this, Io’s quick thinking mind created a plan to restrain the raging Martian. He positioned himself near the trash shoot, which was a tube protruding from the wall. Without thinking, Nihla dove at him, but he flew out of the way at the last second, and Nihla plunged headfirst into the circular tube, which had opened up via sensor.

“Aha!” He proclaimed.

It took a second for Nihla to process what had happened, but she quickly tried pulling herself free by bracing her feet against the wall and pushing. Realizing that she wasn’t sufficiently stuck, Io flew down at a great speed and slammed into her large bottom.

“Oof!” She yelped.

He did this again, and again, and again, and again, until her hips were stuffed into the rim and she was completely wedged. She still tried pulling herself free, but she was plugged in too tight to even budge an inch. Nihla was stuck.

“Serves you right.” He said with a punctuated nod.

Nihla’s yells were completely muffled as she wiggled about in her timeout spot.

“Have had enough of angry Nihla. Let’s fix that, shall we?”

Io got a marker and proceeded to draw a smiley face on her round posterior, adding insult to injury.

“Much better.”
