(I’ve been watching the original Winnie the Pooh for references and I realized that Rabbit’s back door is another small hole that is on top of a ladder. It then leads to an actual door. So Pooh wouldn’t have been able to fit through either of the exits. I’m guessing that’s why Rabbit didn’t want him getting pushed back inside. Anyways, back to the story!)

Well, now was the moment of truth. Jenna would have to attempt to climb through that narrow passageway with her freshly gained weight. She was almost tempted to go around through the back way and see if she could cheat the system. Two scenarios could possibly take place, either she would be successful, or end up eternally trapped as punishment for veering off the path. It would be like an SCP or something. So not a good trade off. All she could do was suck it in and try to beat the hole.

“Well, here goes nothing...oh, thanks for letting me eat all of your honey!”

“Oh, it’s not a problem...”

Jenna approached the hole and stuck her upper portion through. Once outside, she planted her paws against the outer wall and pushed with all her might but wouldn’t budge an inch. Rabbit immediately noticed the doe’s predicament and got to pushing her fattened up posterior, to little avail.

“It all comes from eating too much!” He grunted as he put all his weight against Jenna’s large bottom.

“Well why is your ‘front door’ so small!?”

After a few more futile attempts to shove her through, Rabbit gave up.

“Oh it’s no use, I’ll go get some help!”

Jenna watched the rabbit scamper off to find some assistance. Unfortunately for her, she already knew how the story would go from this point. She was to be stuck for quite a while. Too bad she didn’t have a phone or something to preoccupy herself with.

“Uuuugggghhhh.” She groaned.

“Why me?”

Suddenly, the shadow of a bird flew over her, accompanied by hooting. Above her, perched on a branch, was Owl. She had only just met him yet she was happy to see him. She liked his voice, it sounded like an English explorer.

“Well if it isn’t Jenna Deer!” He said as he descended to her.

“Oh, hey.”

“Splendid day to be about one’s business wouldn’t say?”

Then it dawned on him that something was off about his new deer friend.

“Oh.....I say, are you stuck?” He questioned after analyzing her situation.

“Yep.” She replied bluntly.

“I see. A wedged deer, in a great tightness, I would say. In a word, irremovable.” He chuckled.

“Can you get me outta here?”

“Certainly not. Obviously, this situation calls for an expert!”

Just then, the ground protruded from underneath Owl and knocked him to the ground, revealing the source to be a gopher....named Gopher.

“Somebody call for an excavation expert? I’m not in the books but at your service! Gopher’s the name. Here’s my card, what’s your problem?”

Owl and Gopher proceed to go over the nuance of the “project”. Labor, cost estimates, and so on. Gopher wanted cash but wouldn’t give a price. Jenna couldn’t help but think of her dad listening to the contractor jargon. It was clear that she wasn’t getting dug out of her situation. Luckily, reinforcements arrived, as Rabbit scurried along with Christopher Robin in tow. Certainly, a human would be able to pull a stuffed animal out of a hole, right?
