Description
The ‘Wall of Shame’, or ‘The Hole’, is located on the southern most section of Aevera High School’s perimeter walls. The hole was often used as a way to ditch class, but was repurposed as a way to punish students who costed the school awards. It was created and managed by the student body. It was viewed as a deterrent, as students tried much harder to avoid the humiliation of being stuffed into the hole and punished. Now, there were rules to this practice. First, the participating students would vote on whether or not the student deserved the punishment or not. Second, if a student was punished, they would stay anonymous if possible. Third, if a student felt that they were unfairly punished, they could challenge. Fourth, only seniors are allowed to partake in these punishments.
